Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We are in network with Aetna PPO, BCBS PPO, Blue Choice, United Health Care (Optum) and Medicare. If we do not accept your insurance, our fee is $180 per session. We can also provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance to seek reimbursement.

How do I set up a first appointment?

The first step is to complete the form on the Contact Us page. We generally respond to inquiries within 48 hours. Once you have been matched with a therapist, you will be sent an invitation to join our easy and secure client portal, Simple Practice, where you will be able to complete and sign all necessary paperwork electronically before your first appointment.

Where are you located?

Our office is located at 2530 Crawford Avenue in northwest Evanston, conveniently located near the Edens Expressway (I-94). There is ample free private parking that is handicap accessible. The office is also easily accessible by public transportation (CTA bus routes 201 and 206). We also have a bicycle rack in front of the building.

What is your cancellation policy?

We will always understand emergency cancellations due to illness; otherwise we request that cancellations be made no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee of $120 that cannot be billed to insurance.
